Section 1: Website.

When you use our website you may use the contents for personal use only. This also contains copyright licenses and third party works that may unavailable for re-publication.

Section 2: Billing and tax information.

2.1 Charges and Deductions from payment methods.

Charges are deducted from your chosen payment method once your item is selected for shipment from our warehouse. When paying in instalments (available only for select items), subsequent instalments will be deducted from the same payment method every month until payments are complete. We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal for payments of your online order.

2.2 Billing with invoice.

In some cases, if there is no payment method on file or if your payment method has expired or failed, we may send out products with invoices.

2.3 Installment Plans.

Instalments are an affordable way to shop because they spread the total cost of an item over several months. When instalments are available, the number of instalments and price per instalment will appear on the item detail page. (Note: not all items are available for instalment payments.)

Your instalment charges are deducted monthly from the payment method that was authorized at checkout. We do not charge interest on instalment plans

Your first instalment will be deducted when your item is selected for shipping from our warehouse.

For example, if you purchase an item that costs $279.95 through the Installment Plan, you then have the option to pay for that item in five separate instalments of $55.99 each. Postage and handling is added to the first instalment.


Your instalment charges are deducted monthly from the payment method that was authorized at checkout. Your item will be shipped once your first instalment is paid in full.

2.4 Billing for collections ordered by subscription.

After choosing the payment method for the first issue in a collection, the charges for all subsequent issues in your collection will be deducted from the same payment method.

Note: Paypal is available for the first item only. Subsequent issues will be sent out with an invoice.

2.5 Non payment of invoices.

We offer instalment plans on many of our products and credit facilities for our established customers. We ask for prompt payment when invoices become due. If you are having difficulty paying your invoice, please contact us, and we will provide whatever assistance we can. If we do not hear from you, we will send out reminder letters requesting that you pay any overdue amounts. We may also contact you via letter or telephone.

We will seek to recoup from you the cost of sending out these reminders and the cost, if necessary, of eventually sending the debt to a third-party agency. If it proves necessary to instruct an agency, they may also pass on their costs of collection to you. None of these costs will be incurred if invoices are settled on the due date stated clearly on the invoice itself. Section 3 – Shipping information

3.1 Shipping methods:

Each item ordered will be charged postage and handling (P&H). The standard P&H charge is displayed on the item detail page next to the item's price and during your checkout process.

With the standard P & H charge, you should receive your item within three weeks, but it could take up to 6 to 8 weeks. If an item has a delivery timeframe beyond this, it will be stated on the item detail page.

Once a product leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email telling you that we have shipped your product.

3.2 Shipping for Collections/ Subscription Plan

Each issue in a collection is billed and shipped separately to you approximately every three to four weeks after each previous issue is shipped. Charges for all subsequent issues will be deducted from the same payment method as the first issue. If you order Express Shipping, it only applies to the first issue within your collection. Subsequent issues will be shipped via Standard Shipping.

3.3 Pre- Order and Out of stock items

Some products may be on a preorder status which can take between a few weeks to a few months for the product to arrive. Usually, you will receive either an email or a letter to notify you of the status of your order. If you do not receive one, feel free to contact us.

Section 4: Returning or Replacing items.

4.1 About returns or exchanges for all items:

To return an item for an exchange or refund, it must be returned within the specified warranty period.

 We DO NOT reimburse for return shipping expenses for items returned. We encourage you to pack the items securely if the original package is unavailable.

Please contact us for the return address for faulty/damaged items.

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for us to receive and process your return for an exchange, replacement, or refund.

Refunds are made to your original payment method or by cheque. To issue a credit to another payment method or refunding this payment is prohibited.

Section 5 Placing an order.

5.1 Ways to place an order:

We offer three ways to place an order: mail, website and phone.

5.2 Placing international orders.

 This site services Australian customers only. Any international orders are automatically cancelled and sometimes passed off to the correct country if they have stock.

5.3 Ordering one item from a collection/subscription:

You may order just one issue from most of our collections by calling (02) 9841 3311. A representative will gladly take your order.

5.4 Our Money-Back Guarantee

Our guarantee is the best in the business: up to 365 days on select items! If for any reason, you do not wish to keep any item ordered from us, we guarantee that you may return it to us for a full refund.

Section 6 About collectibles:

6.1: Caring for your collectables

For most collectibles, we recommend dusting with a soft cloth, a small, soft paintbrush or a makeup brush or using the spray designed for computer keyboards, which emits puffs of air to remove dirt and dust particles from small spaces.

Items made of hand-painted porcelain may be cleaned with a mild soap-and-water solution, then rinsed in clear water and carefully dried by hand. However, if they are decorated with simulated jewels, feathers, fabric or leather, they should be hand dusted only. Limited-edition collector plates are for display purposes only. They should never be used for serving food because of the rare metallic pigments fired into the plates for colour fidelity.

Never wash any of your fine collectibles in a dishwasher. Avoid placing your collectibles in direct sunlight for long periods, and always handle them with care.

6.2 About Limited editions  

 Many of the items featured throughout our website are issued in limited edition. Editions may be limited by:

  • An announced number of items
  • A specific closing date or
  • An announced period of production

Announced periods of production are often expressed in "firing days," "casting days," or "crafting days." The number of days used may or may not be consecutive.

Section 7 Collections (subscription plans)

7.1 What is a subscription plan


A Subscription Plan is a convenient way to build a collection, one issue at a time. By choosing to purchase a collection via our Subscription Plan, you can receive regular shipments ( approx every 3-4 weeks), and you won't risk an increase in the price of other issues in the collection. You may cancel at any time with no obligation by contacting us


7.2 Benefits of a subscription plan

There are many benefits to purchasing a collection with our subscription plan:

  • Each issue will be shipped automatically, one at a time, until you cancel your collection.
  • Once you subscribe, your issue price is secured, and you never risk a price increase for future issues in your collection.
  • You will never have to order future issues separately, and we will keep track of all the issues you have received.
  • Choose a payment method when you subscribe to the collection, and the charges for each issue will be automatically deducted from the same payment method when it is sent to you later.

7.3 Shipping your collection by subscription

Usually, each issue in a collection is shipped and billed separately to you. Approximately every 3-4 weeks after each previous item in the collection was shipped.


If you selected Express Shipping, only the first item in a collection would be sent to you via either of these shipping options. All subsequent shipments in the collection will be sent to you via Standard Shipping.

7.4 Billing for your collection/subscription 

When you pay for your first item in a collection by credit card, the charges for all subsequent issues in your collection will be deducted from the same payment method. 

7.5 Further issues in a collection/subscription plan.

You can see the first issue in a collection on the detail page for that particular collection. When possible, we provide photos of other issues in a collection on that same page. However, images of all subsequent issues in a collection may not always be available, either on our website or through our Customer Service Department.

7.6 Collection/subscription warranty

The guarantee of satisfaction covers the first issue in a collection and all the issues in that collection. For any reason, you may return any item you purchase within the specified warranty period.

7.7 Length of village and train subscription plans

Many of our village and train collections/subscription are currently open-ended. This means the number of items issued within the collection has yet to be determined when the collection is first offered for sale.

Issues within the collection are offered at intervals based on schedules determined by the skilled craftsmanship required to create each item in the collection. Collectors may cancel at any time with no obligation.

7.8 Obligation-free collections/subscription

When you choose a collection, subsequent issues will automatically sent to you at regular intervals. You only pay for items you wish to keep and may cancel at any time, obligation-free.
